Pro Project Managers

At PPM we envisioned the need for professional management apart from that provided by general contractors.  Unlike general contractors we are independent, we do not affiliate our business with any particular contractor.  PPM will work with any qualified contractor on behalf of our client.  Futhermore, PPM does not work on a percentage basis, rather we work for a pre-determined project proposal fee or on an hourly basis for site mangement services.  Quality and value are our goals, no corners will ever be cut for the sake of profit and no extra work will be completed without explanation and prior approval from our client.  We work for you. 

WHO WE ARE

Frank and Mindye Leahy are the owners of Pro Project Managers.  Frank has been in the construction business as a commercial tenant finish remodeler, residential home improvement contractor and most recently a maintenance and reserve project manager for very large condominium associations. With more than twenty years of experience Frank has managed projects ranging in cost from $5,000 to $500,000.  Mindye has ten years of adminstrative office experience and is our office manager.
