PPM PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES

• Client consultation to determine specfications and scope of work
• Contacting, scheduling and meeting with qualified contractors to acquire bids
• Quantifying bids for proposals
• Bids compiled into written proposals 
• Client consultation to chose the contractor
• Scheduling
• Site inspections
• Punch list inspections at project completion 

Any or all of these services are available to our clients on an hourly basis.  Clients may also chose consultations and written proposal only for a pre-determined fee. 

PPM CAN SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY

We meet with each contractor to discuss the specifications and scope of work, scheduling and any other concerns our clients may have.  We check each contractors references thoroughly including site inspections of previous work and provide photos of that work in our proposals. We check the Better Business Bureau data base and any pertinent trade and construction organizations.  When the bid process is completed we provide our clients with a written proposal including three bids from the most qualified contractors available.  Our clients have peace of mind when they hire a contractor.
